# Engaging the user

The first thing to do is to engage the user: if no one comes to interact with SPooNy, then you won't be able to propose your services.

We won't go into the details here, but our goal is to attract the attention of the user so that they arrive in the personal zone in which they'll be able to interact with SPooNy.

Interaction zones

To achieve this, let's configure some simple incitations. You can download this new release configuration file which includes some basic incitations for our example. Replace the existing release.conf file in C:/Program Files/SPooN/developers-1.6.0/release/Conf (back it up first if there is an existing configuration, and rename the downloaded file to release.conf).

With the incitations, the interested user should come to the personal zone. It is now time to welcome them and provide them with your services.
